New Clients

Dear Potential Clients,
To ensure that we can continue to provide the highest level of care and maintain our commitment to our existing patients, we are updating our policy regarding the acceptance of new clients.
Effective immediately, our practice will only be accepting new clients under the following circumstances:
– The patient is a puppy or kitten beginning its veterinary care.
– The patient has been recently adopted and has not previously received veterinary care under the current owner’s ownership.
At this time, we will not be accepting transfers of care from other veterinary practices for patients that have an established veterinary history with their current owner.
We understand that this policy may be disappointing to some pet owners seeking veterinary services. However, this change is necessary to help us manage our caseload effectively while continuing to provide timely, high-quality care to our patients.
