We are happy to accept orders for prescription refills for our current patients either in-clinic or online

Prescription Refills

Fill out the form below to refill your in-clinic prescriptions.

A representative will contact you to confirm your request and let you know when your prescription will be ready for pickup.

Medication requests will be processed Monday—Saturday. Please allow 48 hours for your order to be filled, and to receive an phone response. When ready, prescriptions may be picked up any time during normal business hours, up to 30 minutes prior to closing.

NOTE: All pets must be up-to-date on Annual Wellness Exams, Vaccines, and any necessary bloodwork, to receive refills.

I’d recommend the Village Vet to anyone. Dr. Moore has been wonderful the past few weeks. They are extremely helpful and call you back to answer your question that day.
