COVID-19 UPDATES AS OF 1/1/21
STARTING JULY 6TH 2020:
- We are now welcoming an owner into the examination room with their pet(s). We ask that ONLY ONE individual come in, and that they wear proper facial protection.
- When in the lobby area to check out, please abide by 6-ft social distancing guidelines.
- We no longer need you to call the special cellphone number to check in. WE will be calling YOU at the time of your appointment and asking you to please come in. *In order for this to work smoothly, we ask that you please arrive 10 minutes PRIOR to your appointment, and that you also, at the time of booking the appointment, provide us with the desired cell phone number to call the day of the appointment. *** PLEASE NOTE***, IF YOU HAVE NOT ARRIVED AT THE CLINIC IN TIME FOR OUR PHONE CALL, YOU WILL HAVE TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT!
- If you are unsure of the protocol, we will have signs posted to the fence along the north side of the parking lot with instructions to help guide you.
Please understand that these continued restrictions are in place to maintain the health and safety of the Staff and you all. If the incidence of new infections start to rise again, we will be going back to our “curbside” format. Thank you.
